I started to make wine as a passion in 1988. The first year I hardly knew where to start.

But then I began an unceasing search to better interpret the vast heritage of the Castel Noarna territory. What guided and helped me in finding this fabled world was a series of extraordinary meetings: with vintners and wine lovers from all over the world with whom I could continuously compare experience.

Wine for me is an extraordinary exercise in creativity: it offers the chance to express in ever changing ways one’s own capabilities. Wine has changed my way of life; first I learnt of the countryside, a discovery in progression, interpreting climate, feeling the changing seasons in the cycle of life and nature.

Then in 2007 I discovered biodynamic agriculture. A taste of natural champagnes opened a new world to me, changing my approach to farm management. A radical change that has let me discover the wider possibilities of our vineyard. Once more, a long and stimulating path that I’ve been lucky enough to follow with my group of friends, the Dolomitici.

Nosiola from our area has a spicy and very mineral character. Subtle and elegant, lends itself to good aging in the bottle.
